-What does the tracking history show in your Purchase history?
-You can file a claim that you did not receive the shipment one day past the original delivery date if the package has not arrived and tracking does not show it was delivered.

OP2 years agoI can’t fill a claim on eBay help, Robot customer service can't solve it.

-What was the original estimated delivery date?
-Claims are filed through Purchase history NOT the eBay Help link if that is what you meant???
