I haven’t gotten my refund since over 60days now
I ordered on here,and I couldn’t get it,I contact the seller that the Royal mail advice the seller to contact them,and since then the seller never reply to my messages up till date,now my reward from eBay appeal team is for me to loose my own hard earn money,who does that,150£ in this country is a lot for me to loose,I don’t know please advice me on what to do,this is a big cheating over 60days they are telling me appeal close then eBay is not safe anymore to buy stuffs if this is how they Favour seller and not to care about the purchaser

·3 years agoOn Ebay, you have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open an item not received case for a refund.
If you let the MBG expire, there's nothing you can do through Ebay.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your payment source.
