Despite upgrading from Basic to Premium membership on January 30th, as of February 2nd eBay is still charging insertion fees for some products. I expected even the previously charged to be refunded on the day I upgraded, but instead eBay is still charging insertion fees. How can I request cancel these erroneous transactions.
