I have two items that state they are sold but they are showing in my unsold and asking me to relist.
I have two items that state they are sold but they are showing in my unsold list with a status of unsold. If i click on the item it says I have sold the item. Both have the same buyer. It will not let me create an invoice to combine shipping because of this. I also did not receive an email stating item is sold but there are 2 bids on each one. No reserve was on the items.

Mentor3 years agoThere is a site wide tech ticket open for the issue of sold items going to the unsold tab. Sellers can contact customer support to have their account added to the ticket - just let them know you're running into ALERT14497.
Past reports of this issue resulted in the item moving from unsold to sold within a few hours, or up to 12 hours. You may want to give this some time to see if that happens.
eBay sends alerts to buyers so there is no need to send an invoice unless you need to adjust for combined shipping or similar.
If that's the case, sellers in the past have reported success with this method:
"go to the Unsold list, click on number of BIDS which takes you to Bid History and the Send Invoice will appear on the right"
