I have troubles with delivering to not correct address . I need this item .
But I can't explain it for the bot. I have a copy of not incorrect address, but I can't send it to the e-bay company.

The seller is required to ship to the address provided by you at checkout.
If the tracking shows delivery then you will need to check with your postal service and see where the package was located when it was scanned as delivered. If it was delivered to your house then that's a matter for the police and your homeowners/ renters insurance. Ask your neighbors if they received it by mistake.
If the tracking shows the seller did NOT ship to the address you provided then this is what you do.
File an item not received refund request. Select your item on this page:

After 4 business days if the seller does not refund you ask eBay to step in and help. Have them review the tracking that shows the package was sent to an address other than the one on the sales record.

You will most likely need to appeal the case.
For the appeal, you will need a letter from the postal service stating that the package was delivered to the address on the shipping label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
