Buyer received the item and left positive feedback. I shipped the item using a tracking number not provided by ebay. My payment is still on hold.

As a new or infrequent seller, you are subject to payment holds (usually 30 days). The hold is unrelated to where you purchased your label.

Be sure you upload the tracking # you received to the eBay order transaction however if you haven't already done so.
