I have several shirts for sale and I have 14 day returns listed but 1 shirt I can only click on 30 day . why?
I have 3 shirts for sale and clicked on 14 returns . But 1 shirt listed doesnt have 14 day returns as a choice. Why?

Ebay only supports 14-day returns in a few categories and clothing is not one of them. A 14-day return policy would only cover remorse returns. The eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee would override that.
That being said, if you have attempted to revise the 30-day return listing and it won't save, you could end it and relist.

OP1 month agoThe strange thing is that the other 2 shirts aren't supposed to be able to have 14 day returns because , yeah its in clothing category, yet they do! Thanks for your suggestion.
