I have several items that I accepted ppl offers earlier this week no one has paid yet ....
Ebay tried to charge my card for fees when I haven't even been paid yet...
I'm lost

Some fees, like a reserve price on an auction, are payable at listing - it does not matter if the item sells or not. You owe those fees even if you never get paid and have to cancel the sale - there is no refund on listing upgrade fees.
