I have return an item to seller for refund. Tracking shows it cannot be delivered -
I received an incorrect item. seller offer partial refund, ebay settled situation for full refund. Returned item - tracking shows it can not be delivered, seller not responding to delivery. EBay not helping.
It is very frustrating that eBay no longer has customer service.
