I have proof I was ripped off and eBay closed the case immediately.
I have pictures AND screenshots of our messages and the seller lied about what his product was and took misleading pictures for the post. Then lied to me in messages as it was on the way. When I started a return for it the return was closed within 24 hrs and it’s not even letting me speak the case. It keeps getting stuck in a loop. I have definitive proof eBay has ripped me off for 60 bucks.

If the return was closed, you must have selected a reason that indicated buyer remorse - that the error was yours. A seller cannot close a not as described return without issuing a refund.
You cannot open another return, so call your credit card issuer and open a dispute for an item not as described.
