I have ordered an item multiple times and always receive the wrong item.
Hello! decluttr_store has been advertising the same item-Genesis-From Genesis To Revelation (Japan) cd on eBay for months. They claim 94 sold. I have ordered it multiple times but they sent me the wrong item every time. I've pointed out this mistake each time. They send me an apology..."Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with this item"...but continue to advertise and sell on eBay an item they do not have. With 94 sold I suspect there are many others dealing with this same situation. I was able to get through to an eBay customer service representative twice to report the problem but apparently they never took the next step to remedy this mistake. I'm not sure what to do or who to try to contact at this point. I spent over an hour today in my attempt to contact an eBay customer service representative but was continuously disconnected by a robot who would not allow me to communicate with a person. None of the help & contact pages offered an option for a call back. Any suggestions?

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
