I placed the order as a guest. The item ID is 405892119285 and the order number is 27-14199-65899. I have been tracking the package, and it has arrived at SF Express’s Chicago, Illinois hub. The shipment history shows: 'Shipment on hold due to incomplete customs clearance documents provided by the customer; it will be processed once complete information is received.' However, I have not yet received my ordered product or any further information.
