I have not reviced my refund for $1800.00
Hello I run an automotive business and had purchased a used dash for a customer, FedEx had delivered it on April 25, 2023 and had to take it back because it was badly damaged and broken. i had contacted seller and he had let me know he tried twice to put claim in to refund me. i have tried multiple times to contact eBay to get my money back. i am so discouraged I didn't even take the package it stayed on the fed ex truck and I still have not gotten my money back that I need to refund my customer for dash i never even got. PLEASE HELP

·3 years agoIf you refused the package, that voided your eBay money back guarantee. You needed to accept the package, then open a case.
