I have not received the purchased goods
Â
the goods have not arrived and the e-bay rules do not support me in receiving the refund. The e-bay guarantee, in truth, does not guarantee anything; the responsibilities are placed on the seller and the carrier who can claim to have shipped or delivered, even if it is not true.
I have not received the goods nor the money I paid

·3 years agoYou are incorrect.  The seller cannot just "claim to have shipped" but rather must provide eBay a tracking number showing delivery to your zipcode to overcome a Money Back Guarantee claim.  (At that point the buyer would have the burden of disproving that it was to his/her address by getting documentation from the carrier that that delivery was NOT to the shipping address you gave and getting that documentation to eBay; if you did receive the package tracked but it was not what you ordered then you must file for a return because the item you got was significantly not as described.)

There are procedures and deadlines you must follow.  Your 30 day window to file with eBay to commence the process starts at the earlier of the delivery shown by tracking or the estimated delivery date (last day if it was a range) you were given when you paid (check your confirmation email). Then if the seller does not refund or send you a prepaid return label you "Ask eBay to step in" between 3 and 21 days from when you filed.

Mentor3 years agoThe seller must prove delivery within 3 business days. After that, ask eBay to step in to get your refund.

After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
