Question

I bought an lawn mover, I paid for it, but I never received it. I told that to ebay, and ebay gave me a tracking number that shows as if the item is delivered by USPS. I showed that tracking number to USPS office in Annapolis, and post officed showed me that tracking number is not for me. It is for some other item and delivered to another address on Black Walnut Road, while I live on 3803 Thomas Point Road. ebay must pay attention to give correct info to customers.

Unfortunately, you have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam. If you filed a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item and since tracking showed it was delivered, they would rule against you.

You need to get a document from the Post Office stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
