Who looked for it? Who intercepted it? This is irrational.
Please give me a reason for what is happening.
The seller is already aware of the situation, but he does not understand, cannot, or does not want to understand, that he is the only one who can open a CLAIM WITH USPS, since the form asks for data that only he knows.

OP2 years agoIt's crazy. So the packages are left on any corner of Miami, should I look for it, since I am in Miami, instead of waiting for it at my address previously programmed on eBay?

OP2 years agoAnd eBay has not helped me recover either my item or my money.
To the understanding of the seller and eBay, the only person responsible for receiving my purchase seems to be me, when I made an online purchase, and it is intercepted, I do not get another qualification, by someone I do not know and cannot be identified by the carrier . USPS.

Mentor2 years agoWhere are you located? Since the package was picked up in Miami, FL, I am guessing you are not located in the United States, and that the package was sent to a reshipper. Reshippers are used by many international buyers, and the reshippers will send out their packages on a schedule as agreed to on their contract.

OP2 years agoI am in Miami. I work at the shipping address that I have listed on eBay. So who intercepted the package and with what authority? The seller excused himself saying that he can't do anything since he is in China. So what is the protection and role of eBay in purchases and the rights of buyers?
