I have not received my order

Question

I ordered a pair of authentic cloud 6 mens sneakers and I can no longer find my order. USPS E- mailed me and said the order was lost and offered to pay $100.00 dollars for my order, but I could not afford to loose $65.80 . I need my money refunded. my order # 05133597835 and I have tried every way possible to check for my order, but have not had any luck.

If you do not see the item in your Purchase history, it sounds like you may have made the purchase as a Guest.

Guest purchases are separate from items you purchase while logged into your account.

Check your email for a message from ebay that includes the PASSCODE that was given to you. Log in with that email address and PASSCODE and you should be able to file a case for Item Not Received. You should be fully refunded from the seller. Then the seller needs to file an insurance claim with USPS.
