I have not received an order that I purchased a month ago.
Order 21-11279-35349. I did tell to seller and the package is some where in Washington and was not moving. I contacted him several times and file a claim with eBay. Once I did that the seller has refused to do busy with me, but had not refund me or sent out a new package. I’ve been patient enough and it been over a month. If this is how eBay operates I will no long make purchases through your company. Also sellers like this should who get mad because a customer doesn’t agree with them and fell like seller should take responsibility from getting product to buyer. I understand seller can’t control shipping losses but should be able to see the package was stuck for several week in same spot as it still there today. So I’m asking for my money back and will never deal with a seller that doesn’t stand by what is right and hides behind policy that are not right. So I expect a refund or my order in the next week or I’ll take further action if needed. Also a few ago when seller refused to do business with why did he not just refund me at that point? Very disappointing. I except a resolution soon Mr Peterson

If you opened a not received claim, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
eBay will not automatically send you a refund. We are members like you, not eBay, so we can not do this for you.
