I have not received an item I paid for
I have not received an item I paid for, business I bought from in no longer there, the computer puts me in a cycle that leads nowhere, eBay says they will call I have been doing this for two and a half hours I don’t know where to turn I know this has to be fraudulent what I bought was in Hong Kong on Oct 31 as of tracking and say delivered in Arkansas on Oct 31, who can help or do I go to my credit card company , thanks to any kind of help
