I have not received a return shipping lable

Question

The seller did not send the item on the listing. They sent a different transmission to the shop that would not work on my car. The return was setup and I got a message from ebay that I would get a return shipping label by 12-24-25. I have not gotten one and nor has the shop where it was delivered. The refund was processed and I did get the refund.

I checked today and the shop still has the unit that was sent. What do I need to do?

@picknfile . Once a refund is issued you can not access the return label. Message the seller and advise them that if they want the item back then they will need to send the return label in eBay messages as a jpg.
