I have no clue
I Purchased a Pelle pelle jacket on the 29th of August and Delivery date is between September 11th and the 18th but the issues with me is that I haven't heard anything from seller or ebay about any notifications, Or shipping number so I can't track my package so how do I know where it is or when it will be delivered SMH i texted the seller 5 times with no response, Sounds like a Scam to 🤔

Mentor3 weeks ago@fitted2death Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

OP3 weeks agoYou know what's so Bogus is that ebay give the seller all the power when a lot of them are scammers as in my case, i don't care i paid for that jacket and now I have to go through this to get a refund it only took 5 minutes to get my money and now I don't know how long it's going to take me to get it back if i do get a refund i just want to resolve the issue and be done with the fraud.

OP3 weeks agoAnd why can't I talk to a real person 🤔 Maybe it's because ebay don't suppose to release the funds to the seller until they get confirmation that the item is shipped before they release money to the seller, In my case it couldn't have been that because there's no communication between me and the seller or ebay and i can't track my package and it's supposed to arrive on the 18th or by the 18th of September 🤷 Come on now..
