I have never used eBay before an ordered product a week ago wh
I ordered a product a week ago when I go to look at my purchases it says I don’t have any purchases. I have never used eBay before so I’m very unfamiliar on how to get help. I’ve contacted the seller and not received any answer I just want to know why it’s saying I have no purchases and my payment has already been paid. Can anybody help me solve this problem? It would be greatly appreciated

Mentor4 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
