If you have multiple exact items listed as a "Buy it Now" listing then in the pricing section of the listing form you can enter the number of items you have available. Then the buyer can choose how many they wish to purchase. This does not apply to auction listings so you manually have to relist the item after the sale is complete by going to your sold list and clicking on relist or sell similar whichever is shown on the menu.

@shanydye You can use sell similar from the drop down menu next to the sold item and it will make an exact copy of the listing. I recommend you create a Buy It Now listing with a quantity of X so that buyers can buy more than one of your items if they wish. Also it helps your search placement to have a listing that has sold other items.

You need to create a BUY IT NOW listing to have the option to add a quantity.

Here is how to create a listing with a quantity of IDENTICAL items.

In the photo section only show ONE item. Then you enter a quantity of X on the listing. If you show pictures of all items then a buyer will think that all of the items in the photo is what they will receive.

I suggest you switch to the Advanced Listing Tool on a computer. You will know you are using the Advanced Listing Tool when you see the option to add a short video in the photo section.

Sign up for Seller Hub while working from your computer to create your listing using the new listing tool.

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3. Select Create Listing on the upper right of Seller Hub Overview

5. You could use Volume Pricing and offer a discount if the buyer purchases more than one item if you wish. You will see the option on the listing form.
