I have multiple documentation on errors from eBay.
on January 6 I received an email stating that my appeal was granted in my favor for a full refund of $1400. I was promised to receive that refund in 24 to 48 hours. The next day I received another email that conflicted with the granted appeal. Out of concern, I contacted eBay about these conflicting emails. I was assured I have nothing to worry about and disregard the email. a few days later, I received an email that eBay’s employee made a mistake and that he would receive coaching and more training. (After I spend the money paying bills) that they would still look into getting me a refund. after my bank account was charged $1400 with overdraft fees, I called the bank and told them what happen. With any phone call I made I couldn’t get any real help! Nobody would listen! Some associates couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying. now here’s the kicker… Last week I received another email stating that I appealed my own winning case!? That’s the reason I didn’t receive my refund. Who appeals their own winning case? I shouldn’t accountable for their mistakes. I trusted the black-and-white emails that I got. It’s been wrong , stressful, and unfair. eBay’s system needs major improvements. I ask for anybody that can make a difference helps me. It could happen to you.
