I have many items listed under "Items to Ship" that have already been delivered. How to fix.
I have a LOAD of items that have already been delivered, yet show up as "Items to Ship". How to get those items off that list???

If you didn't print the label through eBay, you need to upload the tracking
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.
