Are you sure about that? The seller would want to keep your percentage of the sale until the chance of a refund to the buyer has expired. Which is 6 months.

Then there is the matter of your sales that would be reported to the IRS in the person's name and ssn who would be selling for you. In my opinion that would be too much paperwork involved when filing their taxes.

Sellers barely make enough profit on their own items they sell. Splitting that would not be worthwhile unless you have some very expensive items to list.

Why can't you list your own items? I find most people that want others to sell their items are trying to avoid the 1099K that eBay is required to report.

@nydia10 You need to look for local ads for someone to help with this. Or even consignment stores as many of them sell on eBay.
