I have just been scammed what are the steps that I can take to get my money back
I bought a video game account on ebay and the seller has blocked me and is refusing to send me the product what can I do to get my money back

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee excludes Digital content, Intangible goods.
In what category was the item listed in?

OP3 years agoHow do I check that? it does say ebays money back guarantee is applicable despite it being digital content so I don't know.

Go to your Purchase History, find the title of the item and click on it, that should take you to the listing page. You should be able to see at the top of the listing page what category the item was listed in.
Or you could just try to file the Refund Request and see what happens:
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
