I have immediately paid for everything I've ordered with my Visa.
I have no idea where or when these complaints were made. I know that I occasionally remove an item or two just before I check out but I think that doesn't count against me. I respectively ask you to enlighten me. If I've errored in any way, I need to know so I don't do it again. I'm an honest woman and I assure you, as a new shopper, I don't want this stigma hanging over my head. M.

It's possible that you thought you removed some items, but did not, and therefore, the sellers filed cancellations, which recorded a strike on your account. Go to My ebay > Purchase history and scroll down down and see if there are Unpaid Items listed.

OP3 years agoI'm sorry I tried this. I guess I hoped you'd at least explain how I could have not paid for something. That's theft, for heaven's sake.

Mentor3 years ago@mertur_30 Let me state again that WE are NOT eBay here ... and also as stated we have no access to your account. If you were advised by eBay that you have Unpaid items then you will have to check your account for those, we can't do it.
Sorry it happened ...

Mentor3 years agoHi @mertur_30
This is not eBay, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers supporting other members with issues. We have no access to your account details other than what we can see on your Feedback history. Did you get notification that you cannot purchase anything because of Unpaid items on your account? If not that then what?
