I have hesitance in shipping internationally and where I was asked to send it please help
I just sold an item and the buyer is in Europe. I looked at the buyers profile just to be.curious and noticed they have been a member since 2012 but only shows 3 feedback. Thought it a bit off. Made me uncomfortable,and when payment posted. A message was attached,please let me know as soon as you put item in mail. So I looked at where is this item going. I am to send it internationally then it is to go to plaza Hotel room xxx. Along with the rest of the info. I have already messaged the buyer and asked is there another address of residence I can ship. I was told his residence is under construction and the hotel is where he stays for now. I feel obligated to send the person there item. But I’m still new with selling and receiving the payments. Is it possible for someone to cancel a payment with there bank so I would not get paid and I had already shipped it. And what happens if the tracking number says delivered but they tell me and eBay they did not get item. Do I have to return payment an item is gone too? I would appreciate anyone who can give me some solid answers and advice. I see multiple red flags in my opinion. I just don’t want to get ripped off.
I thought about having him sign for it. But really. My 8 year old has signed for my neighbors meds once by mistake. They just want a signature. Thank you

Selling is not free from risks.
But you have to ship to the address that was part of the deal during checkout.
Ship when eBay says it's OK to ship. Add a tracking number. And keep your fingers crossed.
