I have cheated buy seller and ebay
I bought air bags from a seller. The post showed two bags and he sent me one. When I reported it he quickly sent a shipping update to say I received my order. I waited the time ebay told me to and when reported that it was not solved and I wanted my money back guarantee they closed the claim saying I couldn't appeal it. This thief got my money and ebay allowed and I am missing 1 airbag. So much for money back guarantee.

It sounds like you opened a case for an item not received instead of an item not as described. You DID receive your package, so that is why your case was found in the seller's favor. The problem wasn't that you didn't receive the package, it was that what was in the package was not complete - not as described.
It may be a long shot now, but you can try contacting customer service to explain you opened the wrong case to see if they can help. Click the blue icon at the bottom right of this page and in the chatbox, type Agent or Request callback to speak to a representative.

OP2 years agoI'm very new to buying on-line so I almost had given up any hope of getting help with my problem. Thank you to all who responded to my post, the response from ebay was immediate. Without your help I'm afraid I would have lost my money!
