I have been unable to get assistance from eBay regarding items I purchased but have not received.

Question

I am writing to seek help regarding several items I purchased through eBay as a guest user. It has been over four months, and I have yet to receive these items.

Unfortunately, my eBay account was unexpectedly terminated, and I am now unable to log in or access any order details to follow up on the issue.

As a result, I am unable to contact the sellers or open any cases for resolution. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can have suggestion on my case to resolve the matter.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account.

eBay's money back guarantee only applies within thirty days of receiving the item or from the last estimated delivery date, so if you have waited months, you have waited too long and eBay can no longer help you.

You may still have recourse through your payment method; many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
