I have been trying to get help on the last four days... Can't find a first point to speak to.
I had a watch that belonged to my wife that passed away several years ago. It's an eBay watch, probably worth $500 or $600. I listed it for $325. Sold it. Person I sold it to wrote and said that they wanted to return it because it didn't fit. It was missing a link. I told him if they wanted to, I could reduce the price by $50 if they wanted to find a link somewhere. I don't know what happened, but eBay refunded all their money except for $50. Now the guy won't return the watch, and he's being a dick. And it's only been four or five days. How do I get a hold of somebody and talk to a live person? This is ridiculous. I've got a 600 eBell watch that belonged to my past wife that I want to give the money to my daughter, and now I've got $24 for this watch.

Mentor5 months agoYou apparently made a mistake when you issued the partial refund. If that's the case, there is nothing ebay can do about it.
