I have been scammed as a seller

I sold an item (one that I have sold many time before and after).
Buyer indicated that it "didn't match".
I have never had this happen- been on eBay since '03...
Somehow I clikced something wrong. I gave an address to return the item to- then I see the dispute on the app and the $560. has been on hold for about six weeks. In the meantime I message the buyer (no response). Then today I get an email that the dispute has gone in the buyers favor.
Now I am out of a $600 item, and no $. The buyer gets the item for free.
