I have been scammed and need to contct a live person.
Hello,
I bought a TV that was supposed to be coming from China with a delivery in February. It was marked as delivered on Jan 5th. The tracking number the seller provided says it was mailed from ELBA, AL 36323 on Jan, 2nd. The Post Office Postmaster did the investigation herself and confirmed the tracking number provided, but it was mailed to a different person at a different address in my Town.
"Dear L***** G******,
Thank you for taking the time to notify us of your experience. Your USPS® Service Request 84706869 has been marked as resolved.
Here is the image of the package below with the tracking number you provided. It is definitely not a large TV. You may want to reach out to the sender. If you feel this is a fraudulent purchase you may choose to dispute the charges with your financial institution as well. GPS tracking shows the package was delivered between 11 and 13. I do not know exactly where the mailboxes are located as I am unable to zoom in far enough to see them.
Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble this may have caused you. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Sincerely,
D**** C*****
Postmaster

I also have video proof that no package was delivered that day, my cameras record everyone who gets near my mailbox.
eBay says I'm not covered because the package was delivered. But the seller deliberately sent it to a different person and address in the same city in order to get the system to register it as delivered. It is an obvious scam. My address is listed correctly on my account.
How do I get eBay to help?
Thank you!
