I have been scammed and need help getting my refund in full
I have been scammed by a seller who sent me a fake item. I am really struggling to get help from the seller AND from eBay because the item shows as delivered, but what was delivered is fake and not what I ordered. Can anyone help me with how I can actually get through to the seller and to eBay so that I can get my refund in full?

Mentor8 months agoYou need to file a return request with "item not as advertised/described"
The seller will need to respond and send a label for you to return the item.
If they do not cooperate or respond after a few days, you can ask eBay to step in and help.
