I have been requesting to speak with an agent or customer service for the past 3-days to no avail.

Ebay has charged my account twice in less than 5 days, a total of approximately $70 for two items posted that have not sold. When I requested the account be closed because of their fraudulent activity they informed me basically that I would have to pay them the funds they requested then I could close the account. Where is customer service?
