I have been in contact with 2 ebay agents trying to get my sales list for 2021 for a tax audit.

I need my sales for the year 2021 for a Missouri tax audit. Have been in contact with 2 ebay agents and they say they will email them but never follow through. We are older and do not know how to get the report. Just need to know what sales were sold to people in Missouri

On this page you need to select the Transaction Report by scrolling down into the Financial Documents section

Here's a screenshot.

@mr_lincoln's screen shot is from the Financial Overview report. TOOO many reports so it's hard to keep track of what each one can do. You can see what state the item was sold to on this report. It will download as a CSV file so you need a reader for CSV files on your computer.

Appreciate that link ... way too complicated and hard to find ... no wonder the OP had trouble finding it ... as did I. I've done the annual CSV file for years from the Finacial Statement page via the Reports link ... which is probably where older files could be accessed from not where they are now.

In an effort to try and help this OP I checked the Reports page with the Custom setting to go back to 2021 ... imagine my surprise when I could NOT go back past January last year ... 2024.

If memory serves eBay has stated they will go back 7 years ... where is that information provided???

@mr_lincoln I found that I CAN go back to 2021 on the Transaction Report. Which does show the states the item was shipped to. Since it's not a report I use I am just not great at explaining how to edit it before requesting so that you don't have information you're not looking for.

Thank you ... however,

I found the All Transactions page BUT, the sliders do not work and if the OP needs info for an Audit they need all the info like Orders, Refunds, Paid shipping, etc. pretty much what the Reports page screen shot I referenced up thread.

Thank you ... however,

Sending you a screen shot in PM of what I got for one month in 2021 to see if it will work for them. It seems like it has everything it's just TOO wide to fit all on screen or page.

Can you provide a link to that page? If it is under the Reports table mine is empty regardless of the four choices on the drop down menu (screen shot below). Obviously, wherever the information is it is not easily found ... trust me, I am not trying to be difficult.

@comics-scifi-collectibles shot me a link ... ahhhh, it happens to be the page I have already shown you my screen shot on my very first post on this thread. It will NOT go back past January 2024, the Custom date start date will NOT go back past that. Maybe it is my account or maybe eBay has a Tech issue on that page, who knows but I am current on Microsoft Windows 11.
