I have been double charged on only 2/5 items i bought together.

Question

I got 5 separate items from 5 separate sellers on the 8th. Was charged for all 5 items as a single transaction, total amount was correct.

Next day (9th) 2 of the 5 items came through as 2 more separate transactions.
It seems I have been double charged for only 2 of the 5 items and not sure whats going on.
I have heard about it maybe being pre-authorized transactions but that has never happened to me before.

The other 3 items should be charged separately, then the combined charge should drop off. The total is the pre-authorized amount, the individual charges should align with the individual orders that you see in your purchase history.

If it remains, contact your card issuer and dispute it as a duplicate charge.
