and then scroll down to Cancellations/Unpaid items. I have no idea what it is called, because I don't have any. When you find it, then click on it and see what it says. With 2 or more unpaid items, you will find it difficult to bid/make offers on listings where the seller has blocked buyers with 2 or more unpaid item transactions. That block will last for 12 months.
