I have been charged on 7 items I didn’t purchase. My purchase history and the charges do not match

I disputed 7 items through my credit union that showed up on my statement. The credit union was told by EBay that the charges were legitimate. There was not one single item that matches dollar for dollar from my bank acct with what eBay said I was charged. My last 6 payments to eBay were from 2024.

Is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
