I have been charged multiple times for the same shipping label due to some sort of problem with the internet I assume. How do I contact ebay to fix this, it has happened twice now, the first time I was charged twice for the same label and today three times for one label. Please advise

You are saying you were charged multiple times for the same label (i.e. they have the same tracking #)? IF so, that would be something eBay would have to address, and you'll need to contact them.

If each label has a different tracking # (which is more likely), you can cancel the label you didn't use within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
