I have been charged for shipping label twice
Hi support,
I have been charged extra for a shipping label for this sell:

Order date: Sep 07, 2025
Order no. 12-13546-20346
Buyer: rmel 24747
Tracking number: 9400108106245254219463
They claimed that my package weighted 2lb 5oz which totally wrong. It weighted less than 1 lb.
I need an explanation regarding this extra charge. I have been sending packages like these all the time, why I have been charged this time?

Mentor1 year agoThe last time I was upcharged for a package, there was a link in the message from USPS to dispute the charge.
