I have been charged for an item on my credit card that I did not purchase.
There is no transaction or charge in my ebay account. I do have an order number from paypal.

Mentor2 years agoIf you are certain you did not make a purchase using this eBay account or another, contact PayPal to get more information about the transaction or to dispute it.
Change your PayPal password if you suspect your account has been compromised, and examine all your PayPal account details closely for unauthorized changes.
