I have been charged 77.69 for something I didn't buy.
Impossible to get through to them. If Ican't I will be one more person who will never use eBay again and encourage others to not use them for their terrible customer service. They remind me of community bank that you could never get through for months.

Did you submit any offers? Some sellers require payment when an offer is presented and the buyer has to get payment pre approved.
This $77.69 could be just that preapproval.
Have you contacted the bank or credit card that this payment came from?
