I have an unhinged buyer that is harassing me. Ebay doesn't have an option to report
There is an unhinged loon that is harassing me with messages one after another. She bought an expensive bottle of face serum pennies on the dollar. It retails for 395 dollars and she paid 61 dollars for it. Other people are selling the exact same thing for 140 and up. I posted a close up of the bottle and she got exactly that. Now she says it is supposed to have a pump. It doesn't come with one. Only the 500 dollar bottle has a pump. She is nuts and is harassing me. She reported she wants a refund but she has already contaminated the bottle because she took the top off and took a picture of it. All I can communicate with is a stupid bot. Not a real person. I'm getting no where with this. This lady is trying to scam me. She got exactly what is in the picture. I sold an identical one to another buyer and she is perfectly happy. I don't know what to do. Ebay is no help at all.
