I have an order that was received by the buyer but tracking shows it hasnt been delivered.
How do I as the seller or the buyer let ebay know that it was received and they can release my funds on hold?

·10 months agoeBay only uses the tracking for that. Neither the buyer nor the seller can manually mark it as delivered or affect the release of funds.
What does sometimes help if the tracking does not show delivered but the buyer says it has been delivered is to sign up for tracking updates by text or email on the carrier’s website. If the delivery driver just failed to scan it, however, there’s nothing to do but wait until the funds are eventually released.
