I have an order that is simultaneously listed as "Awaiting Shipment" and "Picked Up".
I have an order that is simultaneously listed as "Awaiting Shipment" and "Picked Up". I talked with eBay support and they say, "It will fix itself in a week." That was two weeks ago. How do I fix this so it doesn't keep dragging down my ratings?

OP9 months agoNow it has been a month since the order was picked up (and it says so). I still see it under "Orders to Ship". What is going on?
