At least half of the time that I purchase clothing on eBay I incorrectly get charged sales tax because there is none on clothing in MN where all my items ship to and trying to get it refunded through eBay is very time consuming and usually fruitless. I have even considered contacting the MN Attorney General and filing a class action complaint on behalf of all MN eBay clothing purchasers. Last time I finally after fighting with eBay for a month and a half filed a complaint with PayPay...
