I have an item I ordered for my ford and it doesn’t fit it I want to exchange for one that fits or
I want to exchange or refund seller won’t come into the conversation my order I need to get a exchange or a refund this item I ordered does not fit the ford I ordered it for as it is stated on order 16-13664-91346v came in October 25/2025 my mechanic is now working on it and I don’t have the part that fits so if it’s a 90 day return? Why can’t seller contact me and make item fit what I ordered. eBay guarantee this in their policy so I just want one that fits

If you purchased that part under Motor Vehicles Parts & Accessories, there is a "Guaranteed Fit" policy that includes free returns within 30 days of receiving it - so it's past that guarantee at this time.
Where did you see a 90-day return for this item purchase?
Use the Find Parts & Accessories drop-down menu on the eBay Motors homepage or select your saved vehicle in My Garage to search for parts that fit. eBay checks your vehicle details against item compatibility information provided by our seller. When there is a match, fit is confirmed for that specific item and is indicated by a checkmark on the listing.
If the part or accessory you purchased does not fit your vehicle, you can return it for free within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (some exceptions may apply).

Mentor8 months agoEbay's Money Back Guarantee is good for 30 days from date of delivery and does not cover instances of "item doesn't fit".
