Please gather the following information and items and contact the retailer where your eBay gift card was purchased: Your name, email address, and phone number A picture of the back of the gift card A picture of the purchase receipt for the gift card Your eBay account name The gift card redemption code, if legible If you want to speak with an eBay agent about this - Open this Help page on eBay Gift Cards Scan it for helpful tips, then at the bottom Click on "Contact us" In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT at the bottom then press the Send arrow Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions. For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes" You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you. Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls. With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
